A balanced meal that’s easy to prepare.

Here’s one for coffee lovers! This COMPLETE d-eat recipe will get the pulses of all coffee addicts racing. It’s simply, really quick to prepare, vegan, has few calories and it’s a balanced meal replacement. Great if you haven’t got much time for lunch at the office but want to maintain a balanced diet, or if you want to lose weight in a healthy way.

Ingredients:

1 sachet COMPLETE d-eat
100 ml water
200 ml coffee (black)

 

Preparation:

Put COMPLETE d-eat, water and coffee into the RINGANA Glass Shaker. Shake well and savour! If you like, you can also add a dash of vegan milk foam.
